What we aim for!
100% injury free year, every year! It is a demanding target but one that we strive for every day.

How we go about achieving this.
To ensure that we are looking after our staff, our clients and the publics health and safety we do the following:

• We have strict policies and procedures for each staff member to follow when working on a Yardscape work site.
• Each work site has an induction process to ensure that all staff are aware of hazards present in the work site.
• We use safety tools like the toolbox talk to ensure safety concerns are brought to the attention of supervisors regularly.
• All staff are issued with High Vis clothing and safety equipment from personal safety glasses to sun hats.
• All yardscape work sites must have a First Aid Kit, a Fire Extinguisher and a Spill Kit.
• Regular training is conducted on tools and situations, like Drop Saw Training and correct Traffic Management techniques.
• In the unlikely event of an injury we have a thorough investigation procedure to ensure that we take best and fastest possible action to reduce the likelihood of the injury happening again.
